The cost was way too steep, and there were some minor dents on the edges of the product. That said, my kids had a blast with the items, and they showed up right on schedule.

"Good shape, affordable, but took ages"
The product arrived in pretty much perfect shape (there was a little dent in the corner, but I might've caused that when I unboxed it). Still, it took around two weeks to reach me, and I live just two provinces away. I reached out about a problem with my address, but they never replied. I had to wait a whole week before it was finally picked up, and I ended up contacting the delivery service myself. On the bright side, I did snag it for less than what I'd pay in stores, so that's a win.

"FOMO Taken Advantage Of!"
I see myself as partly to blame here, but man, the price I forked out for the Charizard Ultra Premium Collection box feels awful. My fear of missing out let Geek Fashion take advantage of my weakness and hit me with a crazy markup of 200% for something that's now easily found at MSRP. Lesson learned, I won't let this happen again!! Shame on both of us.

"Disappointing Shopping Experience"
When my order for Pokémon Celebrations got canceled back in 2021, I thought I’d try Geek Fashion one more time. I went ahead and preordered the Charizard UPC, and it arrived in decent shape. However, I’m really let down that Geek Fashion didn’t provide any kind of discount on the preorder price, especially since other stores have offered it for as much as $100 less. Long story short, I won’t be ordering from Geek Fashion again.

"Website Stock Needs an Update"
My order took a whole two weeks to arrive, even though I chose the free shipping option that promised delivery in 1-3 days. I reached out to them after the first week, and they told me they were out of stock. It still took another week to finally get my item. If they were out of stock from the start, I shouldn't have been able to place the order at all. It'd be great if the website showed accurate stock levels.

Great little shop with a wider selection than I expected. It's well organized by interests and categories. I’d recommend adding small tags on the racks or hangers to make it easier to spot sizes for the clothes.

I bought a backpack for my kid online, and the owner informed me the following day that it was unavailable. However, they suggested a good alternative and got it shipped fast to arrive just in time for the first day of school. Awesome service and great prices on some cool stuff!
